New Delhi, May 20 (ANI): After months of speculation, it has been confirmed that Bollywood actress Dia Mirza has been roped in to play Maanyata Dutt in Sanjay Dutt’s biopic. Earlier, there were reports saying that a newcomer, who exactly looks like Maanyata Dutt, is playing her role in the biopic. However, a source close to Rajkumar Hirani had denied about any such development. Now, all such speculations have been put to rest as Dia has been finalised for the role and is very much a part of the movie. It is being said that the ‘Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein’ actress has already completed the portions of her shoot pertaining to the film. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, Sanjay Dutt’s biopic is slated to release on Christmas. Well, it’s good news for all Diya Mirza fans!
