नयी दिल्ली :केंद्रीयगृह राज्य मंत्री नित्यानंद राय नेआज राज्यसभा में देश भर में मॉब लिंचिंग की बढ़ती घटनाओं को लेकर बड़ा बयान दिया है. गृह राज्य मंत्री नित्यानंद राय ने बीतेछह महीने में मॉब लिंचिंग की घटनाएं बढ़ने को लेकर कहा कि संविधान की सातवीं अनुसूची में पुलिस एवं कानून व्यवस्था राज्य के विषय हैं.

नित्यानंद राय ने आगे कहा कि राज्य सरकारें अपराध की रोकथाम, इसका पता लगाने औरइसकी जांच के लिए तथा अपराधियों पर मुकदमा चलाने के लिए अपनी कानून प्रवर्तन एजेंसियों का सहारालेती हैं. उन्होंने कहा किदेश में मॉब लिंचिंग की घटनाएं के संबंध में राष्ट्रीय अपराध रिकॉर्ड ब्यूरो (एनसीआरबी) संबंधित डाटा को मेंटेंन नहीं रख पायी है.
