Aligarh (U.P.), July 19 (ANI): In a shocking incident, a 14-year-old boy was stripped, abused and was beaten up by some mischievous youngsters in Pilkhana village of Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh. The incident took place when the minor was tied and was being physically abused by some youths. Giving details, the victim said that some youths from his neighborhood village had called him to play but they tied him with stick and allegedly stripped him and made a video of it. Meanwhile, Aligarh Senior Superintendent of Police Rajesh Kumar Pandey said that person has been arrested in this regard. A case has been registered in this regard and investigation is underway.
