Jalpaiguri/ Amritsar/Allahabad, August 04 (ANI): Ahead of the much awaited festival Raksha Bandhan, schoolchildren from West Bengal celebrated the festival with the Border Security Force (BSF) personnel at the Indo-Bangladesh border in Datra Para. Students along with their mothers and teachers tied rakhi on BSF personnel hands. Meanwhile, thousands of people gathered at the Wagah border in Punjab to celebrate the festival where they were seen marching with the Tricolour and dancing to different patriotic songs. While in Allahabad, elderly women have sent a huge rakhi to the Army as a tribute for their services. Most of the Jawans miss this sacred festival as they cannot visit their home, thus people from all across the country came along and celebrated the festival with them.
