Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Aug 30 (ANI): Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh on Wednesday expressed his concern after the numbers of animals died due to lack of fodder and water in Chhattisgarh. Addressing the mediapersons, CM Singh said it is the result of the wrong doing, which never happened in the past and a judiciary inquiry was setup regarding the issue.
