Koriya (Chhattisgarh), Sep 01 (ANI): After the mountain man Dashrath Sitara, a villager, identified as Sham Lal, spent his 27-years to dig a pond to end the water crises in his village, in Koriya district of Chhattisgarh. The hero of the village Sham Lal said the administration didn’t help him while digging the pond to end the water crises.
