Dwarka (Gujarat), Sep 25 (ANI): Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi during his election campaign in Gujarat took a jibe on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that PM dealt a severe blow to Indian economy without asking anyone. Gandhi said that small scale businessmen and shopkeepers were affected the most because of demonetisation.
