Nalanda (Bihar), Oct 19 (ANI): In an inhumane incident, a man was made to lick his own spit as a punishment by the Mukhiya of a village in Bihar’s Nalanda. Only mistake of the victim was that he entered the Mukhiya’s room without knocking on the door. Following this atrocity, the vcitm was beaten by women with sandals after getting directions from the Mukhiya and his aides.
