Ranchi (Jharkhand), Oct 20 (ANI): While traffic cops across parts of the nation distributed helmets to two-wheeler riders during this festive season, it seems politicians were least bothered to adhere to the laws. To utmost dismay, Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das was spotted riding a scooter, that too without wearing a helmet in Ranchi. The CM was captured riding the vehicle on the roads of Ranchi on the occasion of Diwali.
