New Delhi, Nov 07 (ANI): Commuters had a tough time to reach their destinations as visibility was dropped to very low on Tuesday morning. A thick layer of smog engulfed the national capital with pollution level remaining critical. The Air Quality Index (AQI) in major parts of the city hovered from poor to very poor.
