This is the first ever T20 international in Indore. दूसरे टी20 में टीम इंडिया ने श्रीलंका को 88 रन से जीतकर तीन मैचों की सीरीज में 2-0 की अजेय बढ़त हासिल कर ली है. पहले बल्‍लेबाजी करते हुए भारतीय टीम ने रोहित शर्मा की 118 रन की तूफानी पारी की बदौलत 20 ओवर में 5 विकेट पर 260 रन बनाए. जवाब में खेलते हुए श्रीलंका की टीम 17.2 ओवर में 172 रन बनाकर आउट हो गई. भारत के लिए युजवेंद्र चहल ने चार और कुलदीप यादव ने तीन विकेट लिए. रोहित ने जबर्दस्‍त प्रदर्शन करते हुए मात्र 35 गेंदों पर शतक जमाया. इसके साथ ही टी20 में सबसे तेज शतक जमाने के मामले में उन्‍होंने दक्षिण अफ्रीका के डेविड मिलर के रिकॉर्ड की बराबरी की.
