New Delhi, January 21 (ANI): At least 17 people were killed and two were injured in a fire that broke out at Delhi’s Bawana Industrial Area on Saturday. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal visited the spot and announced an ex-gratia of Rs.5 lakhs to the family of the deceased. The Delhi CM has ordered an inquiry into the Bawana Industrial area fire. The bodies of the deceased people have been sent for postmortem, while injured have been admitted to the hospital. Meanwhile, Union Health Minister J.P. Nadda directed Health Secretary to provide immediate assistance to victims of the fire tragedy and also asked AIIMS trauma centre to be on alert.
