Muzaffarnagar (UP), Feb 07 (ANI): A wanted criminal was shot dead by the police during an encounter in Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar on Tuesday. The accused was wanted for killing an aged woman and her son in Meerut on January 24. Two police officers were also injured during the encounter and their condition is stable now. The bone-chilling video of the accused and his accomplices murdering the woman went viral on social media and since then the police has been on a hunt by announcing a cash reward of Rs 50,000 on the culprits.
