New Delhi, Feb 22 (ANI): Senior BJP leader and MP Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi scolded an official at an inaugural event. Joshi got furious when he could not find scissors for ribbon cutting ceremony. It was at inauguration of a solar light panel in Kanpur Collectorate.
