Rampur (UP), Mar 17 (ANI): A CCTV footage captured a 12-year-old boy stealing Rs Three Lakhs from a State Bank of India branch in Uttar Pradesh’s Rampur. To utmost dismay, the boy managed to slip with the bag of cash in presence of police officials. The police have begun investigation in connection to this matter.
