New Delhi, Aug 02 (ANI): Senior Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha, Ghulam Nabi Azad was conferred with Outstanding Parliamentarian 2015 award in Central Hall of Parliament on Wednesday. Total of five MPs were selected for the honour. The names were shortlisted on the basis of their experience, debating skills, awareness on issues by committee headed by Lok Sabha speaker Sumitra Mahajan.
