Panaji (Goa), Aug 23 (ANI): The Asthi Kalash of late former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee reached Panaji in Goa to be immersed in the Mandovi and Zuari rivers. Union Minister Shripad Naik along with other party leaders arrived Goa with two Asthi Kalash of late Atal Bihari Vajpayee on Wednesday night. Vajpayee’s ashes will be immersed in rivers across the country, with top leaders participating in a ritual that has been dubbed "Atal Kalash Yatra" by the ruling BJP. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP president Amit Shah handed over urns wrapped in red cloth containing Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s ashes to state party chiefs at an event organized Tuesday morning.
