Prayagraj (Uttar Pradesh), Oct 24 (ANI): Devotees took holy dip in Allahabad’s Triveni Sangam on Wednesday on the occasion of Sharad Purnima. They lighted diyas along the shore of Sangam and also performed puja. Sharad Purnima is celebrated on full moon day of the Hindu Lunar month of Ashwin. It is also known as Kojagari Purnima. The occasion is surrounded by many myths and folklore.
