New Delhi, Dec 05 (ANI): After the alleged middleman in the AgustaWestland chopper deal, Christian Michel, was extradited from Dubai and landed in New Delhi late Tuesday night. He was taken to CBI headquarters and was sent to five-day CBI custody on Wednesday. CBI said, "The investigation is going on. We need his custody as money was transferred in two Dubai based accounts." He was earlier being taken to Delhi’s Patiala House Court and was later produced before CBI Special Court. CBI Counsel Advocate DP Singh said before CBI Special Court, "We need Christian Michel’s police custody to confront him with some important documents." Michel has also moved a bail plea and court kept that pending for next hearing and remanded him to five-day CBI custody. Court also allowed his counsel one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening for consultancy. During questioning by CBI, he complained of anxiety after which he was given medical treatment, shared CBI source.
