India Fire and Security Yatra 'IFSY' 2016 held to spread awareness regarding fire, road safety

Panaji (Goa), Sep 20 (ANI): Goa Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar inaugurated India Fire and Security Yatra 2016, organised by the Fire and Security Association of India, at hotel Taj Vivanta in Panjim. Speaking after inaugurating the event, the Chief Minister said the syllabus regarding fire and road safety and also cleanliness initiatives (Swacch Bharat) needs to be incorporated in school curriculum as safety of people has become most important. A presentation about project aims to Safe and Secure Goa was also presented. Many companies also exhibited modern equipments of fire and safety.
