New Delhi, Nov 11 (ANI): Union Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar on Thursday emphasised on following ‘be unpredictable’ policy in connection to the nation’s defence strategy. Asserting that instead of saying India won’t use nuclear weapons, it should be said India is a responsible nuclear power. He said if a written strategy exists or a stand is taken on a nuclear aspect, it means a nation is giving away its strength in the field of nuclear energy. Taking at jibe at the Pakistan Government, Parrikar said he used to get threats from the neighbouring country’s defence ministry, but all has stopped post India conducted the surgical strike across the LoC in Pakistan late September this year.
