Hyderabad, Jan 14 (ANI): Attacking the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) for disqualifying him as the candidate for its presidential post, former cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin on Saturday alleged the authorities were simply scared of him. Adding that the concerned authorities are biased, he said that the decision reflects their will against the developments in connection to the sport’s activities and its administration. The cricket association’s decision came after questions surrounded Azharuddin’s eligibility for the designation. The veteran skipper had to give a clearance from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) suggesting whether his life ban had been lifted.
