रांची : राजधानी रांची के डोरंडा कोषागार से जुड़े चारा घोटाले मामले में सीबीआई की स्पेशल काेर्ट ने सोमवार को अपना फैसला सुनाया. सीबीआई के विशेष न्यायाधीश विशाल श्रीवास्तव की अदालत ने 53 दोषियों को तीन साल की सजा और 36 दोषियों को तीन साल से अधिक की सजा सुनायी. वहीं, 35 आरोपियों को कोर्ट ने साक्ष्य के अभाव में बरी कर दिया. बता दें कि चारा घोटाले मामले में तत्कालीन आपूर्तिकर्ता और पूर्व विधायक गुलशन लाल अजमानी समेत 124 आरोपी ट्रायल फेस कर रहे थे. इसमें 62 आरोपियों का निधन हो चुका है. 29 साल पुराने इस मामले में कोर्ट ने सोमवार को फैसला सुनाया. मालूम हो कि डोरंडा कोषागार से 36.86 करोड़ की अवैध निकासी हुई थी.
