कांग्रेस के राज्यसभा सदस्य धीरज साहू से जुड़े बौध डिस्टिलरी बिजनेस ग्रुप के ओडिशा व झारखंड स्थित ठिकानों पर आयकर विभाग की छापामारी चौथे दिन भी जारी रही. तीन दिन से जारी नोटों की गिनती के दौरान अब तक नोट गिनने की कई मशीनें जल चुकी हैं और नोटों की गिनती अभी जारी है. रविवार तक नोटों की गिनती खत्म होने की संभावना है. शनिवार तक 40 बैग से 300 करोड़ रुपये की गिनती की जा चुकी थी. अभी 136 बैग में रखे नोटाें की गिनती जारी है. अनुमानत: यह आंकड़ा 400 करोड़ रुपये पार कर सकता है. ओडिशा में चल रही देश की सबसे बड़ी आयकर छापेमारी में बरामद नोटों से भरे बैग की संख्या बढ़कर 176 हो चुकी है. शुक्रवार तक नोटों से भरे 156 बैग आयकर विभाग के अधिकारियों के पास थे. वहीं शुक्रवार की देर रात सुदापाड़ा शराब भट्ठी के कर्मचारी बंटी साहू के किराये के मकान से नोटों से भरे 20 बैग बरामद किये गये. इन बैगों में 100 के 200 के और 500 रुपये के नोट हैं. इस कारण एक बैग में कितने रुपये हैं इसका अनुमान लगाना मुश्किल हो रहा है. मशीन लगातार खराब हो रही थी. इसे ठीक करने के लिए इंजीनियर भी मुस्तैद हैं. कर्मचारियों की संख्या बढ़ाकर 50 कर दी गयी है. 25 मशीनों से नोटों की गिनती की जा रही है. बलांगीर स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया की मुख्य शाखा में यह रकम लाकर रखी गयी है. उम्मीद है कि रविवार तक सटीक आंकड़े स्पष्ट हो जायेंगे. उधर, हैदराबाद से आयकर विभाग की 25 सदस्यीय एनालिस्ट टीम पहुंच चुकी है. यह टीम डिजिटल तथ्यों की जांच करेगी. जिन ठिकानों पर आयकर विभाग की टीम ने छापेमारी की है, वहां से बरामद कंप्यूटर, लैपटॉप, मोबाइल सहित अन्य उपकरणों की भी जांच होगी.

Late on Friday night, 20 bags full of currency notes were recovered from the rented house of Bunty Sahu, an employee of Sudapada liquor factory. These bags contain notes of 100, 200 and 500 rupees. Due to this, it is becoming difficult to estimate how much money is in a bag. The machine was continuously breaking down. Engineers are also ready to fix it. The number of employees has been increased to 50. Notes are being counted with 25 machines. This amount has been brought and kept in the main branch of State Bank of India in Balangir. It is expected that the exact figures will become clear by Sunday. On the other hand, a 25-member analyst team of the Income Tax Department has arrived from Hyderabad. This team will investigate digital facts. The computers, laptops, mobiles and other devices recovered from the places where the Income Tax Department team has raided will also be examined.
